Q:  When will I receive my Tech|Tank, Tech|Shorts, or Tech|kini?

A:  Your Tech|Gear Is custom-made to order. You should expect to receive your purchase within 10-15 days of ordering.

 

Q:  When will I receive my Tune|ic?

A:  Tune|ic's are in stock and ready to ship! All domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Holidays and weekends may interfere with shipment times.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Q. What does the Tune|ic's 'Adaptable Sizing' mean?

A:  The Tune|ic is custom designed with adaptable sizing; meaning one size can fit multiple body sizes, Style preference (loose vs fitted) can help determine size.

Our custom sizes range from 0 - 5 (refer to the size chart below for standard size conversion.)

***Allow for a 2" fabric yield shrinkage, when in doubt, size up.***

 

Q. How do I care for my Tune|ic?

A:  Please refer to the gold care label on the center back inside of your Tune|ic. Wash on cold water, hang to dry, and iron on low heat or any brand wrinkle-release spray.

***You can expect a 1” to 2” shrink yield rate after the first wash and dry of your Tune|ic***

 

Q. How do I care for my Miriam Collection piece?

A:  Please refer to the care label on the side seam of your garment. Hand-wash or spot clean only if feasible.  If machine washing is a must, wash on delicate and hang to dry.

 

Q:  What does 'Universal Sizing' mean?

A:  We designed our Miriam Collection for one size to be flattering and comfortable on bodies XS-XXXL, making them universal in size and fit. 

 

Q:  What is Faint Revival's return policy?

A:  Refund Policy

Returns (Tech|Gear)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returns (Merch on Mission)

FR Merch is not eligible for refund, return, or exchange. Each piece is custom designed, printed, pressed, and packaged. We greatly appreciate your support of each mission.

Returns (Limited Edition Fashion)

Our Limited Edition collections are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange. Each piece is custom designed, sewn, and packaged.

Returns (Fashion)

FR will only accept returns of defective, or damaged items. Clothing items must be unworn with original tags and garment packaging. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving order.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sarah@faintrevival.com and send your item to: Faint Revival, LLC 4506 Oak Hill Rd Sonora Kentucky US 42776.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Faint Revival is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Faint Revival is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Q:  What is Faint Revival's Shipping Policy?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipment Processing Time

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Q:  What are the Pre-Order Terms & Conditions?

A: When placing a Pre-Order for products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Faint Revival shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to sarah@faintrevival.com

2. Payment

You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order. If Faint Revival is unable to commence shipping the Products on or before the one-year anniversary of your placing the Pre-Order, Faint Revival shall process a full refund to you. Your placing of a pre­order constitutes your express agreement to Faint Revival of charging the full Price of the Products at such time.
